Account Deletion

We deeply respect your control over your personal data. If you decide to stop using Bruja AI, we guarantee a transparent, irreversible, and complete deletion process.

How to delete your account from the App

• Open Bruja AI on your mobile device.
• Go to the Settings / Profile tab in the upper-right corner.
• Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
• Select the "Delete my Account" button.
• Confirm the action using biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) or your password.

What data is permanently deleted?

• Your user profile, associated email, and authentication ID.
• The complete history of your conversations with Selene.
• Your journals, diary notes, and Nightly Ritual logs.
• Your birth data (date, time, place) saved for the Birth Chart.

Process Timeline

The purge of transactional databases is executed immediately after your confirmation in the app. System backups (encrypted backups) are completely overwritten within a maximum of 7 calendar days.

Alternative Request by Email

If you have deleted the application from your device and wish for us to delete your data manually, send an email from your registered address to: delete@bruja.io with the subject "Account Deletion". Our team will process the request within a maximum of 72 hours after verifying your identity.
