Welcome to Bruja AI. By downloading and using our application, you bindingly accept the following terms and conditions of use.
1. Nature of the Service and AI Limitation
Bruja AI provides an artificial intelligence interface (Selene) dedicated to personal introspection, interpretative analysis of astrological data, and emotional journal formats. The content provided by Selene is purely for well-being, entertainment, and personal reflection. It does not under any circumstances replace professional medical, psychological, financial, fiscal, or legal advice.
Exemption of liability regarding AI content: Selene is an artificial language model. Her responses, tarot readings, and transits are generated statistically and should not be interpreted as literal predictions or factual truths. The AI may produce erroneous or inaccurate information. Any decision made based on the content of the platform is the sole responsibility of the user, completely freeing Bruja AI and its creators from any damages or losses resulting from such trust.
2. Eligibility and Minimum Age
The use of Bruja AI is intended for individuals over 17 years of age (complying with the classification required by Apple's App Store guidelines). By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under this age.
3. Subscriptions and Payments (Apple In-App Purchases)
Premium modalities are processed natively through the Apple App Store infrastructure (complying with Apple App Store Guideline 3.1.1). Charges, auto-renewals, and cancellations are managed directly from your Apple ID account settings, governed by Apple's standard subscription terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal period. Refund requests must be processed directly through Apple Support.
4. User Conduct
The user agrees to use Bruja AI responsibly, not to use the platform to spread illegal, harmful, or third-party rights-infringing content, and not to attempt to exploit the conversational processing APIs of Selene in bad faith.
5. Intellectual Property
Proprietary algorithms, brand identity, visual system design, generated illustrations, and the name "Selene" are the exclusive property of Bruja AI. The user retains absolute rights over the text they write privately in their journal.
6. Limitation of Liability
Bruja AI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bruja AI and its developers will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, emotional stress, or personal harm) resulting from the use, misuse, or reliance on conversations with Selene or readings from the platform.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the applicable laws in the brand's territory of registration. Any dispute shall be resolved in the first instance through direct mediation by writing to support@bruja.io. If an amicable agreement is not reached within 60 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of said territorial demarcation.
8. Modifications
Bruja AI reserves the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance through the application or the registered email before taking effect.
